Siete Soles House

Single family house- project and execution.

It is a one-story house of 217 m².

It has 3 bedrooms with a closet, a master bathroom and a bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Also, it has a laundry room with a drying rack, a living room, dining room, kitchen and a driveway for two vehicles, whose flexibility allows for it to be used as a barbecue area with grill.

The architecture is modern and minimalistic.

In the interior, we sought to achieve functionality which is evidenced in its versatile spaces.

On the exterior, simple shapes were used for the facade, whose language stood out for the employment of a reinforced concrete line above the openings, which also acts as protection against adverse weather conditions.

As regards the materials, we aimed to use the least amount of textures and materials possible to achieve the feeling of simplicity that characterizes minimalism.
